I fell in love with education when I gave my first piano lesson at 11 years old. It wasn't
about the instruction, but the excitement of seeing the happiness my students got from
their understanding. From that moment on my connection to teaching was sealed forever.
Since then I went on to study Musical Education at the prestigeous
Hartt School of Music
where my pedagogy training was focused on Kodaly, Rodgers, Orff and Suzuki
studies. It is amazing what learning about music does to show you how to
teach technical studies.
I first taught computer skills at
Pinkerton Academy
when I was a sophmore in High School. Since then I have instituted educational
programs in every business where I have worked:
Folio,
Novell, and
ModusLink
to name a few. One of the companies I help develop, the
Wasatch Business Community
, is a business development organization designed to instruct and train business
decision makers in four key areas of growth: Technology, Marketing,
Finance, and Business Development. Needless to say, I have spent many
hours focused on education.
I guess this all adds up to one simple idea: I love teaching! You can find out my current
presentations by checking the

Around 2005 I started working with a great group of people at the Marketing Success Institute
where I met a young woman who was really getting involved with New Media
technologies.
I chuckled a little to myself at the term. There was nothing "New" about
these technologies, or how they were presented on the internet, but a lot of people
were jumping on the buzzword so I thought I would check it out.
Well New Media fast transformed into Social Network Marketing.
This frustrated me, because anyone with a
Facebook,
Twitter, or
YouTube
account was being sold as a Social Network Guru. Not that
the advent of intellegent people is bad, but a lot of the "Experts" showed
examples of what was working, but not how it could work for your business.
So I went to the drawing board to find a solution to the problem. How could you take
wonderful opportunities like Social Network Marketing, New
Media Technologies, and Web 2.0 and actually have
an increase of revenues? Enter in the world of
Social Interneting
, a focused approach to utilizing these technologies and incorporating them into
your marketing plans.
This comprehensive strategic plan focuses First: on how you want
to be percieved, Second: who you want to attract, Third:
finding the right outlets for that message, and Fourth: closing
the online sale. This program is designed to let Business Marketers
find the right message to use the Online Space.
Every
Product
the
Get Enoch Team
creates to increase online success is rooted in the
Social Interneting
philosophy. When you're ready to jump into our

I gave my first keynote presentation when I was 6 years old at
Calvary Bible Church
in Derry, NH. I had just become a Naturalized Citizen of
the United States and they wanted me to share the expience with the rest of their
congregation.
Since then I have given presentations all across the Nation engaging many audiences
in different topics of conversation: Technology, Education,
Motivation and Cultural (Native American). My
unconventional approach of audience interaction involves the participants in
experiential learning, instead of boring lecture.
Too often people leave presentations hearing great material, but
not following up on their actions because they do not know the next steps.

During each
Engaged Learning
sessions I present information that can be utilized to help individuals with
the subject matter. Whether it is
Business
,
Social Interneting
,
Academic
, or
Innovation
each presentation has a specific outcome and direction that will leave the
audience attendee with key direction on how to use the material presented.
It's because of my unique approach to
Engaged Learning
that I have been repeatedly asked to present at various business conferences
including:
PodCampSLC
,
Utah Valley University Entreprenuer's Conference
, and BYU Library Educational Conference.
It's great to get out in the world, talk to people and ignite ideas. To see the
looks on people's faces after that new insight is gained is truly one of the greatest
experiences one can have.

I was born to the
Pipil tribes
of El Salvador, some of the last remaining decendents of the great
Aztec Nation.
When I was 10 months old I was adopted to a loving family in New Hampshire who tried
to get me as acquanted to my culture as possible. Growing up in New England, I was
exposed to the Massachusettes,
Pennacook, and Abenaki tribes through dancing and
other traditional rituals and ceremonies.

For the past 10 years, I have devoted my time to the study of the Native American
Wood Flute. I have played
my compositions in many different religious services across the country.
I have
tried to utilize this sacred sound as a bridge between western culture and my own
rich heritage. You can read all about my love of this musical culture at
NativeMusicEnthusiast.com
, my blog about all things natively musical.
Because of my extensive knowledge of native culture and music theory I have been
asked by many institutions to educate and train students from kindergarten to 12th grade including:
The Park City Jazz Festival
,
Cherry Creek Elementary
, and
Liberty Academy
. By utilizing the Native Wood Flute, circle drums, dancing and chants my presentations
enthrall people of all ages and allow them to feel the spiritual nature of Native
American music.
Oh, and I'm not ashamed to be Native American by any means, which you will undoubtedly
hear me mention at least once during our conversations.
